Step 1 — check the fit
Good fit or not? Two minutes, honestly.
The pilot only works under the right conditions — and we'd rather tell you "no" now than take your money for thirty days that can't work. Whatever you sell — clinics, home improvement, legal, fitness — check yourself against the list before you fill in the form.
Likely a strong fit
- You're actively running lead ads (Meta / Google) — fresh enquiry flow means a real pool of dead leads behind it.
- One customer is worth £1k+ — a considered, high-value service. The £150 per-attended fee has to make sense against what a closed deal earns you.
- 100+ enquiries from the last 18–24 months that never booked — CRM, spreadsheet, inbox, anywhere.
- Capacity to take them on — we book straight into your calendar, so there need to be appointment slots to fill.
- You can say yes this week — an owner or manager who can sign a one-page DPA and hand over the list.
Probably not a fit — and we'll say so
- Low order value — if one sale is worth £100, a £150 per-attended fee can't work. The maths has to clear.
- Impulse buys rather than considered services — the pilot thrives on "interested but never booked," not one-off small purchases.
- Fewer than ~30 enquiries in your export's last 90 days — the day-5 checkpoint becomes an exit, so start smaller: per-attended only, or not at all.
- No availability for 6–8 weeks — reactivated leads go cold waiting; better to fix the diary first.

Received, there.
We'll come back within 24 hours with what a thirty-day pilot looks like on your numbers — fee worked out from what a customer is worth to you, not a price list.
